Costa Fresca was built by spending time where seafood begins, in the harbour’s of Patagonia, alongside the fishermen and producers who harvest it.
We build relationships on the docks, not behind a desk. Those partnerships allow us to connect global buyers with seafood sourced from the rich waters of the Humboldt Current, one of the most productive marine ecosystems on Earth.

Our Philosophy
Over the past 36 months, Brian has spent extensive time in the fishing communities of Peru and Chile, traveling dock to dock and vessel to vessel in search of the finest seafood these waters produce.
From the nutrient-rich fisheries driven by the Humboldt Current off Peru to the cold, pristine waters of Patagonia in southern Chile, he has worked alongside fishermen, processors, and coastal communities who depend on the ocean every day.
These firsthand relationships allow Costa Fresca to identify the pockets of exceptional quality that exist within these fisheries while staying closely connected to the people who harvest them.
